Description

The stainless steel roof rack base with a height of 65 mm and an angle of 80° is the ideal solution for vehicles with a sloping roof line. Thanks to its barrel-finished surface, robust V2A stainless steel construction, and precise manufacturing, it is perfect for building customized roof rack systems based on airline rails.

Ideal for vehicles with sloping roofs

The 80° angle makes this roof rack foot particularly suitable for transporters and vans with a sloping roof, such as the VW T4. The height of 65 mm is measured from the top edge of the airline rail and enables stable, low-profile mounting of crossbars or system profiles.

Modular design for individual roof racks

The roof foot can be flexibly combined with our crossbars or other system profiles. The holes are set at a mounting distance of 75 mm and are therefore optimally adapted to the airline rail. This allows you to create a robust, tailor-made roof rack for camping, crafts, or transport.

Compatibility & mounting options

The roof rack base is attached directly to the airline rail using V2A screw fittings or M8 lashing rail nuts, including stainless steel screws. For a stable cross connection, you will need the following components:

1× crossbar (length as desired)
2× T-slot nuts 2×M6 – Item 102335
4× M8 lashing rail nuts + stainless steel screws
or 4× V2A screw fittings
2× roof rack feet (for left & right side of vehicle)

Scope of delivery: 1× roof rack foot. Two pieces are required for a complete roof crossbar.
