Adapters for airline rails for attaching various objects
Our adapters for airline rails are equipped with three M8 internal threads.
These aluminum adapters can be used to attach objects such as: Toolboxes, vehicle equipment, boxes or many other items can be attached. The solid block and the three deep-cut M8 threads make it possible to secure even heavy objects to the airline rail. The block with the three internal threads stands approx. 15 mm above the airline rail.
We offer two different adapters with identical fastening holes.
Design of the adapters for airline rails
Our adapter M8 for airline rails - KERL 3x M8, with item number 102186, is inserted into the airline rail from the side like a sliding block.
It has a total length of 100 mm. The fastening holes have a distance of 25 mm.
This sliding block adapter is also ideal for securing items against theft, as it cannot be removed from the top of the airline rail. With end caps or two screws at the end of the rail, it can no longer be easily removed.

Our second adapter for airline rails 3xM8 can be used from above, with item number 102255, can be inserted into the airline rail from above like a fitting.
This adapter has a shape that is based on the airline rail.
A locking device on the top of the adapter allows the fitting to be pushed back and forth in the airline rail without blocking.

Use in the airline track
The fitting and the sliding block adapter can be used in all lashing rails from our airline rail range. The adapter is secured with a spring-loaded bolt. If the ring of the bolt is pulled, it can be moved in the slot nut in the rail or simply removed from the airline rail in the fitting.
In the case of airline rails with anti-theft protection (50 mm spacing), where only every second hole has a 20 mm spacing, both variants can only be inserted from the side.
Thanks to the sturdy 19 mm thick bolt, the adapters can be used both horizontally and vertically in the airline rail. This also makes it ideal for camping extensions, for example: height-adjustable bed frames or tables.
