Rubber floors or anti-slip mats for vans

Our precisely shaped rubber mats for vans are finally available again! The mats are made of 3 mm thick SBR rubber and cut to the exact contour of the corresponding vehicle floor. They are available for small vehicles such as the Ford Courier through to the extra-long Mercedes Sprinter or Iveco Daily. The wheel arches and door cut-outs are matched to the original Multiplex floor panels. Only the openings for the lashing recesses are closed in the rubber mat. However, these can be cut out with a cutter knife if required.

Properties of the anti-slip mat

Both sides of the rubber mat are provided with an anti-slip snakeskin pattern. With a thickness of 3mm, the mat is not too heavy, but still very stable against tearing. In addition to its anti-slip properties, the rubber mat is also sound-absorbent. The SBR rubber material is suitable for the transportation of: Dry and wet chemicals, organic acids, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes.
The anti-slip mat is not suitable for transporting Acids, oil, lubricants and almost all fuels.

The rubber mats are provided with a CE declaration and RoHS certification from the manufacturer. The anti-slip mats have been tested and certified by Tüv in accordance with ISO9001.
Furthermore, the production meets the general product safety standard GPSD 2001-95-ES. We will be happy to provide you with the certificate.
The new material is low-odour and Reach-compliant.

Delivery of the rubber mat

We deliver the mat by freight forwarder for large vehicles or by parcel service for small vehicles. You can find out which transport company is used for delivery in the item description. We can also supply you with raw material up to a size of 2x10 meters.
