Today, the range has expanded considerably. In addition to classic variants with 2× M6 threads, models with 3× M6 or combinations with M6 and M8 threads are now also available. There are also different lengths, e.g. 40 mm or 50 mm, in order to offer the right solution for every type of rail and load.

We recommend slot nuts made of V2A stainless steel, especially in exterior vehicle areas or in high humidity. These are corrosion-resistant, durable and reliable even under adverse conditions - perfect for craftsmen, logisticians and campers.

V2A sliding block for airline rail with 3× M8 thread

Our first slot nut is made of high-quality V2A stainless steel and offers three M8 internal threads. The special feature: Thanks to its design, this sliding block can be inserted into the airline rail from above - a decisive advantage over conventional models, which have to be inserted from the side.

With closed airline rails with end caps or recessed floor rails, it is often impossible to slide them in from the side. This model completely eliminates the problem.

The stainless steel sliding block also has two M4 threads with small Allen screws for fixing. This allows the stone to be positioned securely in the rail and secured against slipping - ideal for precise installation work.

A clever detail is the central notch of the sliding block. This makes it possible to easily split the stone with a metal thread if required - for example, if a single thread is required or if space is limited.

KERL JIM Nutenstein 1× M8 – compact, quiet and ingeniously designed

The third model we would like to introduce is the KERL JIM sliding block – a development from allsafe. The compact stainless steel fitting has a single M8 female thread and can also be inserted into the airline rail from above. This makes it easy to install even with closed or recessed rails

The integrated plastic ring is particularly clever, preventing slippage during installation and ensuring noiseless fastening. So nothing rattles or vibrates - even on uneven roads or during off-road use.
