NEW - black aluminum roof rack with modern design

The new black Rhino KammRack roof rack has arrived and is available for many vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, MAN TGE, Citroen Jumper and other vehicles.

With the familiar stability, outstanding aerodynamics and a new modern design, the black roof rack stands out from the rest of the vehicle, offering an appealing look. This is particularly suitable for vehicles with advertising, as these are significantly more noticeable.
The loading roller across the entire width of the vehicle and the front spoiler are already included in the scope of delivery.

The black roof racks from Rhino are not only reserved for commercial operations, but can also be used for private purposes. Many of our customers build roof terraces or solar panels or even both on the roof rack.

The aerodynamic properties of the black roof rack

The black roof rack has low air resistance and therefore generates little wind noise
. The contour at the front and the new improved crossbars drastically improve aerodynamics and also offer elegant aesthetics.
This special feature is essential for today's vehicles, as the sheet metal of the vehicle body is getting thinner and thinner compared to earlier vehicles.
The low noise level enables relaxed driving on country roads and highways.
An additional positive side effect is the reduction in fuel and power consumption.

Assembly of the individual parts and the structure

The pre-assembled roof feet for the respective vehicle drastically shorten the assembly time
. The two longitudinal frames are supplied in two halves. These can be connected using an intelligent plug-in construction.
The outer side panels and the crossbars can also be joined together in no time at all. Thanks to the sophisticated design, assembly can be completed in a very short time.

The Rhino roof racks are mounted on the fixed points in the vehicle roof.
For vehicles such as: Mercedes Sprinter, VW T6 and others, optional C-rails are installed ex works.

The roof rack is crash-tested up to 20 g and certified by TÜV Rheinland.
20 g crash-tested means that the roof rack has been tested with 20 times its own weight.
That is twice as much as comparable competitor products.

Optional accessories for the black roof rack

Optional ladder holders, ladder clamps and transport tubes can be ordered in addition to the roof rack.
The transport tubes are available in lengths of 3 meters, 4 meters and 5 meters.

Aluminum walkways in various lengths are available for the larger vans.
