Pallet stop fittings for creating a second loading level and securing loads
The pallet stop sets for airline rails are used to secure pallets on the vehicle floor or to create a second loading level.
The pallet stop sets are inserted parallel to each other in the airline rails. A square made of steel, aluminum or even wood creates the connection to both fittings. The pallet stops are made of steel and are galvanized against corrosion. Inserting them into the airline rail is child's play, as is removing them from the rail. Both insertion and removal from the rail take just a few seconds.
Pallet stop for 40 or 50 mm profile?
This depends entirely on the circumstances, the type of construction and the space available. For many superstructures, the pallet stop with 40 mm mount is sufficient.
The pallet stop for 50 mm profiles has a hole with a diameter of 20 mm on the rear wall. A locking bar with a 19 mm pin can be inserted here. This saves the square profile if adjustable locking bars are already used to secure the load in the vehicle.
To set up a second loading level, please only use square profiles and not locking bars! Locking bars are not intended and not suitable for a permanently high horizontal load!

Pallet stop for securing transported goods
Goods such as heavy crates, boxes or pallets are secured using two airline rails that are anchored parallel to each other in the floor. After inserting the pallet stop fittings, the square is inserted directly behind and in front of the transported goods. The cargo is now secured against slipping forwards and backwards. If there is a tight fit at the front or rear, e.g. due to a partition wall, it is sufficient to install one set.
Pallet stop for setting up a second loading level
To create a second load level, e.g. to build a bed construction or a second load floor in the van, camper or trailer, the pallet stop fittings are inserted horizontally into the airline rails located in the vehicle wall.
The opening of the fittings now points upwards. Among other things, an aluminum square tube can now be inserted there.
An aluminum square tube is lightweight and offers a high level of stability.
To build a bed structure in the camper, you need at least two pallet stop sets; three sets should be used for higher loads.
Which airline rail for the pallet stop fittings?
In general, the pallet stops fit into all common Airliner rails with a grid of 25 or 25.4 mm.
We recommend airline rails with a flat or flat surface, such as the corner profile, flat profile or our trapezoidal profile.
The flat or flat surface prevents the fittings from tilting and movement on the rail is restricted. This reduces unwanted rattling noises.
Of course, the half-round airline rails or the XXS airline rails also work. Only here the surface is not supportive. The fittings have more room to move and therefore sit a little looser.
A little tip: When constructing a second loading level or when building a bed frame in camping vehicles, the fittings are often placed in the same position.
A thin felt strip can be applied to the airline rail here to prevent unwanted noise development.
Please check the felt thickness in advance to ensure that the pallet stop fittings can still be inserted.
Pallet stop for domestic use
More and more people are also using airline rails at home due to their versatile mounting options.
The pallet stop fitting can also be installed here to create a second loading level, for example in the garage as a storage floor or even in the attic in conjunction with airline rails as an additional storage option.
Our team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our two pallet stop fittings.
