Clamping bar SAM 55 or Cargo Stop
The SAM 55 clamping bar for variable load securing is now available again!
After the article was suspended for several weeks, the Sam 55 for vans is now available again in our range.
The SAM 55 clamping bar is equipped with two blue rectangular rubber feet at the ends.
A patented webbing mechanism with integrated telescopic brake makes this clamping bar so durable, even at low temperatures.
Where other clamping beams reach their limits, the SAM 55 works as usual.
Clamping beams with a toothed rack, for example, are susceptible to breakage at low temperatures.
Function of the SAM 55 clamping bar
The clamping beam SAM 55 from allsafe can be clamped horizontally between the vehicle walls, but preferably vertically between the floor and the roof. The clamping beam is extended to the required length and tension is built up using the attached lever. The clamping beam now clamps between the two walls or between the vehicle ceiling and floor.
A spring function in the clamping beam compensates for movements in the load compartment during the journey.
When tensioning the clamping beam, it is essential to ensure a stable base! Please never place the feet directly on the sheet metal of the outer wall or between the roof beams of the vehicle!
Designs of the clamping beam
We offer the clamping beam in two lengths. The smaller clamping beam has a working range of 1,650 - 2,100 mm. It is suitable for vertical and horizontal use in vans such as the VW Crafter, Renault Master, Peugeot Boxer, with and without a high roof
.
The larger of the two clamping beams has a working range of 1,850 - 2,300 mm and is suitable for vertical use in vehicles with high and super high roofs.
The SAM 55 clamping beam is manufactured in Germany and is also available in other lengths up to 2,850 mm at short notice.
