Plastic van floors protect your vehicle from damage in the load compartment and give the vehicle a high-quality look.

The 10 mm hollow chamber panel also offers the advantage of weight reduction and increases the payload of your van.
Especially for vehicles with a large loading area, such as the extra-long Sprinter or the VW Crafter, identical in construction to the MAN TGE, there is a weight reduction of 50 percent or 30 kg compared to the 12 mm floor panel.

12 mm plastic van floor

The 12 mm base plate is particularly suitable for the installation of van racking systems, as the modules can be anchored to the floor.
The 12 mm base plate has sufficient floor thickness and gives the structure a high level of stability.
A tear-out test report shows no significant difference between wood and plastic flooring.
The test was carried out with an M6x12 Ensat and an M6 threaded rod.
The tear-out strength was approx. 4,000 N for both the wooden floor and the plastic floor.

The plastic surface of the floor panel is highly abrasion-resistant and therefore durable for the life of the van. In addition, the plastic floor does not splinter like comparable wooden floors made from screen-printed plywood.
All Foamlite load floors have an R10 anti-slip surface in accordance with DIN 51130 and are made of 100% recyclable polypropylene plastic. They can be 100 percent reused.

The PP van floor has a closed surface and is easy to clean with a high-pressure cleaner. Swelling as with comparable screen-printed floors is ruled out here.
This makes it suitable for transporting foodstuffs.
