We are now also offering our black powder-coated airline rails in short lengths.
This eliminates the need to cut the coated rail in many cases. The powder coating remains intact and protects the rail from premature corrosion.
With lengths of 0.5 and 0.75 m, the airline rails can be attached to the rear doors of vans, for example, to secure ladders, sand trays, bicycle racks or other objects.
The standard half-round airline rail is now also available in a length of 1.5 meters in addition to the 2 and 3 meter lengths.
In shorter lengths, the semicircular black airline rail is also available in a length of 0.75 meters.
The semi-circular profile has two beads on the underside to absorb excess adhesive. This makes this rail also suitable for gluing. The gluing of airline rails is preferred for vehicles with sandwich panels, such as those found in mobile homes or trucks, as screws do not find the necessary hold in the substrate and the strength of the rail cannot be guaranteed.

Black airline rail with trapezoidal profile
The black airline rail with trapezoidal profile is already available in short lengths of 0.5, 0.75 and 1 meter
.
Of course, longer rails are also available.
The trapezoidal profile also has two adhesive beads on the underside of the rail.
These rails are also often glued in the rear garages of motorhomes.
The rail can also be fastened with screws up to size M8. This means that high tensile loads can also be achieved with this rail.
Black airline rail corner profile Light or XXS
The two airline rails with corner profile are available in two widths. The black airline rail corner profile Light is 34 mm wide and the black airline rail XXS is only 25 mm wide.
The 34 mm wide profile is very often used for mounting on the vehicle roof, as it fits into the rain gutter of almost all vans. With our roof rack feet, the rail is an ideal addition to the construction of a very flexible roof rack system.
In addition to the standard lengths of 2 and 3 meters, we also offer the two rail types in 0.75 and 1 meter lengths.
T-nuts, screw fittings or fittings for fastening lashing straps can be inserted into these airline rails.
This allows an almost infinite number of constructions to be put together.
We recommend the construction adhesive Sikaflex 554 for this purpose.
There is only a drill hole at the ends of the rail. These are required to hang the rails for the coating process. For more information, please refer to the item description or contact our team.
