End cap for semi-circular airline rail - standard
The end cap for the standard semi-circular airline rail or the high-strength version with a total width of 50 mm reduces the risk of injury from open edges, protects the transported goods, and gives the rail end an attractive finish. The end cap can be
easily removed when inserting T-nuts into the front of the rail.
Installation of the end cap
The end cap for the standard semi-circular airline rail is placed on the end of the airline rail without screws.
The end cap has a clamping mechanism that holds it in the airline rail.
In addition, the end cap can be fastened in the middle with a screw.
The indicated countersunk hole can be used as an aid for screwing.
Special feature of powder-coated airline rails
Due to the powder coating, the end cap must be inserted into the rail with greater force!
If this is not possible, the front of the end cap can be sanded down slightly.
