Lashing strap with pressure ratchet and hooks, 8 meters, 5 tons
This two-piece lashing strap with ratchet and two double-pointed hooks is often used on trucks.
Thanks to the high tensile force of 5,000 daN in the strapping, very heavy objects can be secured.
The double-pointed hooks (triangular hooks) are hooked into lashing eyes or lashing grooves.
The lashing strap is TÜV and GS tested and has a label.

Care instructions for lashing straps
The ratchet should be cleaned and oiled after a period of use. Regular maintenance is particularly important when used outdoors in order to prevent any consequential damage.
Replacement of tension belts and lashing straps
There is no expiration date for lashing straps.
The replacement interval indicates when a tensioning strap should no longer be used.
The following is a summary of the types of damage to lashing straps that indicate they should be replaced.

due to high wear - yarn cuts of more than 10 percent at the
selvedge - damage
to the seam - deformation due to heat

The color of the label provides information about the material used for the straps. Only polyester straps
may be used for load securing in road transport!
