Flat profile standard

The Standard Flat Profile Airline Rail is a compact yet extremely robust lashing rail for professional and private applications. With a height of only 11 mm, it can be integrated into vehicle floors, side walls, or floor panels to save space—ideal for vans, trailers, motorhomes, or workshop vehicles.

Thanks to its flanges on both sides, the flat profile offers excellent stability under tensile and shear loads. In combination with high-quality airline fittings, tension belts, or locking bars, it creates a versatile securing system that can withstand even high forces. The rail is tested in accordance with EN 12640 and, in combination with a Quattro stud fitting, achieves a load capacity of up to 2,000 daN per lashing point.

It can be mounted either centrally with M6 countersunk screws or via the flanges. Alternatively, the rail can also be bonded with Sikaflex 554. Thanks to its precise manufacturing and smooth surface, it impresses with its ease of use, long service life, and clean appearance – made in Germany for maximum safety in everyday transport.
