Peugeot PP Transporter floor
Peugeot is one of the leading manufacturers in the transporter segment with its Partner, Expert, and Boxer models. The vehicles are used daily in trade, delivery services, the service sector, and numerous other industries, and must withstand heavy loads. The cargo area in particular is used intensively and is susceptible to scratches, moisture, dirt, and mechanical impact. A high-quality plastic transporter floor made of polypropylene (PP) offers a durable, easy-care, and economical protective solution for all Peugeot panel vans.

Plastic van floor for Peugeot vans
A PP van floor protects the original vehicle bodywork from damage and at the same time ensures a professional, clean appearance throughout the cargo area. Unlike conventional wooden floors, which swell, splinter or are difficult to clean over time, polypropylene floor panels remain permanently dimensionally stable, insensitive to moisture and extremely abrasion-resistant.
Our van floors are custom-made for: Peugeot Boxer (L1–L4, H1–H3), Peugeot Expert (Standard, Long, Compact), Peugeot Partner (L1 & L2). This means that the right solution is available for every body variant.
Features of the plastic floor panel for Peugeot panel vans
All floor panels are individually adapted to the body structure of the respective Peugeot model using modern CNC milling. Wheel arches, door areas, entry edges, and sliding door openings are taken into account precisely so that installation can be carried out quickly and cleanly without the need for recutting.
The Foamlite floor panels used are made of 100% recyclable polypropylene and have a slip-resistant surface in accordance with R10 DIN 51130. This provides additional safety during loading and unloading, especially on slippery or damp surfaces. In addition, the surface does not splinter like classic wood or screen-printed panels and remains dimensionally stable even under heavy loads.
Various material thicknesses are available for all Peugeot vans:
- 9 mm Foamlite: ideal solution for daily transport of general cargo and tools
- 10 mm hollow chamber panel: extremely light, ideal for fleets and vehicles with high payload requirements
- 12 mm Foamlite: maximum stability for vehicle equipment, workshop fittings, or high point loads
Since polypropylene has a closed, water-impermeable surface, the van floor can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly with a high-pressure cleaner. Oil, dust, and moisture cannot penetrate the material.
Which floor solution is suitable for which application?
For light and medium transport tasks, such as those frequently encountered in the Peugeot Partner or Expert, 9 mm Foamlite or 10 mm hollow chamber panels are ideal. They offer sufficient stability, but are also very light and therefore ideal for commercial all-round vehicles.
For the Peugeot Boxer, especially in long versions or with workshop fittings, the robust 12 mm Foamlite variant is recommended. This panel can withstand high point loads and provides the best substrate for screwing in shelving systems or pull-outs.
Transporter floor for many Peugeot models
The PP floors are available for all Peugeot panel vans – from the compact Partner to the large Boxer. Depending on the model, the panels are supplied in one or more parts to make installation particularly easy. Multi-part systems facilitate installation in the vehicle and minimize the risk of damage during installation.
Once the floor is laid, it creates a robust, non-slip, and hygienic loading area that makes everyday work easier and maintains the value of the vehicle in the long term.
Conclusion: Durable cargo area protection for Peugeot vans
A plastic transporter floor made of polypropylene offers an ideal combination of durability, ease of care, and a professional look for Peugeot Partner, Expert, and Boxer vehicles. With multiple material thicknesses, a slip-resistant surface, and precise model adaptation, the PP floor is a permanently reliable solution for all commercial applications—from courier services to mobile craft businesses.
