Peugeot van floor
The Peugeot transporter floor made of birch plywood for all Peugeot panel vans is precision-milled to fit the respective vehicle length.
The floor panels are available for the Peugeot Boxer, Peugeot Partner, Peugeot Expert, and all wheelbases.
In combination with a cargo area lining and wheel arch lining, this provides optimum protection for the cargo area.
Features of Peugeot screen-printed floor panels
We offer floor panels for Peugeot commercial vehicles in a variety of colors, finishes, and surfaces.
They are available in gray, brown, granite finish, or as a slip-resistant version with a sturdy rubber-plastic coating.
The transporter floor itself is made from a phenolic resin-coated birch plywood panel, in thicknesses of 9 or 12 mm, cut to size using a CNC milling machine.
The 9 mm thick screen-printed panel is suitable for normal transport, such as the transport of light pallets or general cargo.
The 12 mm thick transporter floor is designed for heavy-duty use, such as the transport of heavy pallets, the installation of vehicle equipment, or the insertion of airline rails.
The floor panels are supplied in one piece, as in the Peugeot Partner, or in several pieces, as in the Peugeot Boxer and Peugeot Expert. This has proven to be an advantage, as it makes installation much easier and significantly reduces the risk of damage to the vehicle during assembly.
Depending on the vehicle, aluminum strips are milled into the surface of the floor panel at the sliding doors or rear doors.
The original lashing eyes in the floor area are replaced by lashing recesses. These are also milled into the surface without any protruding edges.
They are attached by screwing the lashing eye into the lashing recess.
For vehicles without lashing eyes in the floor, the floor panel is closed and must be glued, riveted, or screwed in place.
Transporter floor with airline rails for Peugeot transporters
Our 12 mm thick floor panels can be extended with pre-milled and glued airline rails.
Normally, airline rails are embedded parallel to the crossbars in the roof so that, in combination with locking bars, vertical load securing can be achieved.
This is often required when transporting windows, screen printing plates, or wooden panels.
On special request, we can mill the airline rails into almost any position.
Vehicle equipment and transporter floors
When installing vehicle equipment in Peugeot commercial vehicles, the stronger 12 mm floor is advantageous, as the load is concentrated in specific areas.
The tensile strength of embedded threaded sleeves for fastening the modules is significantly higher with 12 mm thick floor panels.
Our transporter floors are made of wear-resistant and durable material. The underside of the floor panel is smooth and the top side has a screen print embossed on it.
A special feature is the anti-slip transporter floor, which is coated with a slip-resistant surface on the top side.
Choose the vehicle floor that suits you best from a wide range of different coatings, colors, and thicknesses.
