Opel Vivaro – development and model history
The first generation, the Vivaro A (2001–2014), was developed jointly with Renault Trafic II and Nissan Primastar I. It was available as L1H1 and L2H2 and is considered a robust workhorse. In 2014, the Vivaro B followed with a modernized interior and improved engine technology. Since 2019, the Vivaro C has been available on a new platform, with optional electric drive, compact exterior dimensions, and significantly more efficient use of space.
