Depending on the vehicle model, installation is carried out either using the existing fixed points in the vehicle roof or using a C-rail. Vehicles such as the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Renault Master, or Ford Transit Custom with a high roof often require C-rail installation. If your vehicle is already equipped with a C-rail from the factory, you can of course continue to use it.
However, in most vans, the roof rack is attached using standard fixed points. This ensures a stable connection and safe use – even when fully loaded.

Since 2010, the roof load rule specified by the vehicle manufacturer has applied: 10% of the maximum payload or the roof load specified in the vehicle manual is permitted.
