Floor profile DIN 75078-2

The Heavy Duty floor profile airline rail has been specially developed for maximum loads and professional use in transport and disabled vehicles. With an installation height of 13 mm and a solid construction, it meets the requirements for wheelchair securing in accordance with DIN 75078-2 as well as the standards EN 12640 and ISO 27956.

Its robust construction makes this floor profile perfect for trucks, special vehicles, buses, and transporters where maximum safety and stability are required. In combination with Quattro stud fittings or wheelchair restraint systems, the Heavy Duty rail offers a tested load capacity of up to 2,000 daN per lashing point.

It is installed in the traditional manner with M6 countersunk screws (hardness 10.9) or – in the case of sandwich structures – by bonding with Sikaflex 554. This creates a durable, secure connection that can withstand even high forces. Manufactured in Germany from high-quality aluminum, the Heavy Duty floor profile is the professional solution for demanding applications in transport logistics, vehicle construction, and barrier-free mobility applications.
