Light retractable floor profile
The Airlineschiene Bodenprofil Light is the ideal choice if you are looking for a flat, lightweight, and versatile lashing rail for vans, trailers, or campers. With an installation height of only 9.5 mm, it can be integrated flush into 12 mm screen-printed floors or plastic panels without having to mill through the entire floor.
Thanks to its low weight and high stability, the Light profile is ideal for commercial transport as well as for camper and motorhome conversions. In combination with lashing straps, locking bars, or airline fittings, it creates a flexible system for securely fixing loads, tools, or leisure equipment. The rail is tested in accordance with DIN 75410-1, EN 12640, and ISO 27956 and guarantees tested safety in daily use.
It is fastened with M5 countersunk screws or alternatively glued with Sikaflex 554 – perfect for sandwich panels and lightweight constructions. Made of robust aluminum and manufactured in Germany, the Floor Profile Light offers a durable, resilient, and visually clean solution for all applications where every gram counts.
