The XXS airline rail is the smallest variant in the airline rail system and was specially developed for applications where minimal installation depth and low weight are crucial. With a width of only 25 mm, it is ideal for campers, motorhomes, trailers, or individual DIY vehicle conversions.
Despite its compact size, the XXS rail is extremely stable: it can withstand up to 450 daN in direct tension and 250 daN in lateral tension. This makes it ideal for securing light objects such as camping furniture, outdoor equipment, boxes, or tools. It can be mounted either screwed or glued – for example, with Sikaflex 554 for a clean, durable connection.
Made of high-quality aluminum and optionally also powder-coated in black, the XXS airline rail blends discreetly into any interior. Small, lightweight, and versatile – a clever solution for secure and flexible load securing in confined spaces.
