Strong flat profile
The Strong flat profile airline rail is the reinforced version of our flat lashing rails and stands for maximum stability and load capacity. With a height of 12 mm and a specially reinforced center structure, it is ideal for professional use in vans, trailers, motorhomes, or vehicle construction. The robust aluminum profile offers secure fastening options on walls, floors, or ceilings and meets the requirements of EN 12640 for standard-compliant load securing.
Thanks to the flanges on both sides, the profile can be flexibly screwed in the middle or on the sides. This creates an extremely resilient connection that can withstand even high forces. Vehicle manufacturers often use the rail as a ceiling rail – especially where there are large distances between the crossbars, where its rigid construction ensures reliable support.
It is fastened with M6 countersunk screws or, alternatively, with additional bonding using Sikaflex 554. Combined with airline fittings, tension belts, and locking bars, it creates a versatile and durable system for the secure fastening of heavy loads.
