The fully automatic rear step from the ETB series is the first electric swivel rear step for station wagons and panel vans.

The swivel mechanism makes this step particularly suitable for vehicles with a high entry height.
The non-slip surface provides a secure footing even in rainy or dirty conditions.
With a load capacity of 150 kg, this step is also ideal for continuous use.

We can offer this fully automatic rear step for the Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Custom, Fiat Ducato, and all models of the same design.

When extended, the step is at a height that is easy on the joints.
This is not only ideal for getting in and out of the vehicle, but also for loading and unloading it.

In addition, the swivel step is very robust and low-maintenance.

How the fully automatic step works

When the rear doors are opened, the step is swung out by the robust electric motor and returned to its original position when the doors are closed. The step is
activated by the door contact supplied.
When the respective door is opened, the step extends in less than 2 seconds.
When the door is closed, it retracts fully automatically and almost invisibly.
The vehicle height is hardly affected, with the advantage that vehicles lose hardly any ground clearance when driving off-road.

ETB rear step with LED lighting

The light from the supplied LED light not only looks good in the dark, but also illuminates the entry and exit area and the surrounding area very well.

The step is suitable for tall transporters, especially vehicles with all-wheel drive (except Achleitner). The step is particularly
popular for motorhomes and off-road vehicles.
