The rubber floor is designed to prevent the load from slipping during braking, starting, or evasive maneuvers.
The rubber mat increases the sliding friction coefficient of the items being transported. This reduces the preload force required for additional load securing equipment.

Important note: No sliding friction coefficient has been determined for this rubber floor. It is therefore not possible to calculate the necessary preload forces. This means that it is not considered an official load securing device.

Rubber floor for which transporter?

The rubber floor is slip-resistant and is manufactured for small vans such as the VW T6, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, MAN TGE, or VW Caddy panel van. Custom-made
mats are available for almost all common models.

Properties of the rubber mat

By utilizing the entire floor, the mat is wedged into the vehicle and does not need to be additionally secured with screws or adhesives. Due to their
robustness, the floor mats were originally used in horse trailers to protect the animals and the trailer.
The rubber floor is 3 mm thick and made of styrene-butadiene rubber.

The mat is wear-resistant, slip-resistant, does not need to be fastened, and offers your transporter additional protection against premature wear of the floor panel.
